Shannon's journey to Williams Elleby Howard & Easter is as unique as her skill set. Growing up in a military family, she experienced life across the United States before settling in Warner Robins, Georgia, when her father was stationed at Robins Air Force Base.

After graduating from Houston County High School, Shannon pursued her passion for art and science at the University of Georgia, earning a degree in Scientific Illustration. She continued her education at Cleveland Institute of Art‘s Medical Illustration program, where she expanded her understanding of art, anatomy, and medicine through classes at Case Western Reserve School of Medicine.

Shannon’s professional career began at Nucleus Medical Media, where she spent 11 years honing her skills as a Medical Illustrator and Animator. This experience, combined with her education, equipped her with an extensive understanding of the human body and injuries commonly seen in personal injury cases.

At Williams Elleby Howard & Easter, Shannon’s role is multifaceted. She works closely with clients and attorneys to gather, analyze, and organize medical records and bills for settlements and trials. Always eager to expand her skill set and meet the demands of our growing firm, Shannon completed a comprehensive digital marketing science course at Kennesaw State University in 2023. This additional expertise allows her to contribute to our firm’s growth through search engine optimization, marketing analytics, and the strategic incorporation of AI in our marketing efforts.

Outside of work, Shannon finds joy in spending time with her family. Her personal interests – reading, hiking, drawing, and painting – reflect her lifelong passion for learning and creativity.
