Kyle joined Williams Elleby Howard & Easter in 2018 primarily working with Attorney Chase Elleby and has risen to the position of senior paralegal. Her initial years were spent gaining valuable experience across a spectrum of personal injury cases, including auto and truck collisions, negligent security, and wrongful death.

In 2024, Kyle’s professional path took an exciting turn as she began collaborating with Attorney Marc Howard, expanding her expertise to include medical malpractice cases. This transition reflects Kyle’s commitment to continuous learning and her desire to broaden her understanding of the personal injury field.

Kyle’s approach to her work is rooted in the understanding that each case is unique. She greets clients with genuine care and undivided attention, always ready to assist in whatever way she can. A native of Acworth, Georgia, Kyle’s academic journey began at Allatoona High School and continued at Kennesaw State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Behavioral Forensics. Her longstanding interest in investigations and victim advocacy naturally led her to personal injury law, a field she found to be the perfect blend of both passions.

Kyle’s work in personal injury allows her to analyze complex case circumstances while providing crucial support to injured victims and their families, bringing deep meaning to her professional life. Additionally, Kyle obtained her paralegal certification from Kennesaw State University.
