Nancy works closely with attorneys and paralegals to ensure that medical records, bills, and related documentation are timely requested, accurately received, properly organized, and fully complete for both litigation and demand purposes. Her meticulous attention to detail is evident in the comprehensive medical chronologies and billing summaries she prepares, providing our attorneys with the critical information they need to prepare demands, conduct depositions, and present compelling cases at trial. Her work plays an essential role in the smooth operation of our case management process and the overall strength of our clients’ claims.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, Nancy provides a significant advantage to our firm by helping better serve Spanish-speaking clients and bridging potential language barriers with clarity and compassion.
Born in the vibrant coastal city of Acapulco, Mexico, Nancy moved to the United States at just 13 months old. She has spent most of her life in the metro-Atlanta area, where she graduated from Pebblebrook High School. Her commitment to the legal field led her to earn her paralegal certificate from the University of Georgia in 2020.
