COURTNEY MORGAN

Courtney joined Williams Elleby Howard & Easter in 2024 as a paralegal for Attorney Chase Elleby.  Prior to joining our firm, Courtney gained valuable experience at other highly respected law firms in civil, criminal, domestic, and workers compensation cases.

She is comfortable handling all aspects of the claims and litigation process including legal research, factual investigation, drafting legal pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation. But, it’s not just about motions and affidavits for Courtney. When the stress of litigation and financial strain of a personal injury case weigh on our clients, Courtney becomes a warrior and architect of hope. She dives into a case like a detective chasing shadows until she unearths the law or facts that will tilt the scales of justice in our clients’ favor.

Upon meeting Courtney, you’ll discover a delightful paradox. Born in the heart of Boston, Massachusetts, she carries the fire of a city that never sleeps. But then, she graces us with gentleness of a southern belle, her drawl seemingly uprooted from a grove of magnolias.

Outside of work, Courtney finds joy in spending time with her son and going on new adventures together. She also enjoys discovering new authors to read and being outdoors with family.
