Joel is consistently recognized as one of the best trial lawyers in Georgia. Other lawyers routinely seek his help in trying personal injury cases in Atlanta as well as rural areas of Georgia. Joel was born and raised in Early County, Georgia and has a unique ability to relate to juries in and outside metropolitan areas. He is frequently contacted by other attorneys seeking his assistance in the trials of their personal injury cases.

During law school, Joel developed his trial skills prosecuting criminals with his third year practice card in Jefferson County, Alabama. After law school, Joel worked for other firms that specialize in representing injured victims. During this time, he served as lead counsel in personal injury and wrongful death cases in metropolitan and rural areas of Georgia. The verdicts and settlements Joel obtained during that time exceed 30 million dollars. Since 2013, when Joel founded our law firm, he helped secure in excess of 75 million dollars in verdicts and settlements for cases involving vehicle crashes, slip and falls, negligent security, and medical malpractice.

Over the past few years, Joel has written several articles and spoken at numerous seminars helping other lawyers develop their trial skills. He has also been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star and Georgia Super Lawyer.

Our practice is primarily focused on tractor trailer wreckscar accident injuries, bicycle and pedestrian injuries, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, negligent security, medical malpractice, wrongful death. Joel is admitted to practice in Georgia and Alabama.
